Service Scope
Pre-Engineering and Structural Design
Accomterrigal.com provides pre-engineering, structural design, and supply of heavy-duty self-supporting site cabins and blast-resistant modular units for remote mining operations. All units incorporate rigid thermal insulation matrices compliant with national industrial safety codes. The service includes design documentation, fabrication specifications, and on-site assembly guidance. Custom configurations are subject to additional engineering review and may affect delivery timelines.
User Obligations
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate site data, including ground conditions, environmental exposure, and intended use parameters. Any modifications to the standard design must be communicated in writing and approved by Accomterrigal's engineering team. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring that the installation site meets the foundation requirements specified in the technical documentation. Failure to comply may void structural warranties.
Liability
Limitations of Liability
Accomterrigal.com's liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective components proven to be non-compliant with the agreed specifications. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or force majeure events. In no event shall our liability exceed the total contract value paid for the specific unit in question. Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery.
Termination
Conditions for Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within 14 days. Upon termination, the client must pay for all completed work and materials procured up to the date of termination. Accomterrigal reserves the right to suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 60 days. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
Changes
Modification of Terms
Accomterrigal.com may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes affecting existing contracts, we will notify clients directly via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. It is the client's responsibility to review this page periodically.
